Powered by bringing out the best in others; Cheryl is a steward of people, healthy environments, and achieving sustainable economic outcomes. Awarded as a successful leader, coach and facilitator of people and process, Cheryl’s unique background brings together the art of sales, the process of Lean Six Sigma, and the buyer’s perspective. As a specialist in people and sales evolution leadership, Cheryl has helmed the progressive advancement of numerous large-scale sales processes. Accomplishments include: launching Courtyard by Marriott Hotels and rolling out The Challenger Sale to more than 1000 sales leaders, professionals and support teams at Xerox Corporation.

These leadership experiences, as well as her certification as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, round out a distinct breadth of knowledge and skills. In the Corporate Lean Six Sigma organization, Cheryl also took the lead to help new project leaders to shorten the time to forming effective, productive and collaborative teams through the use of Team Effectiveness and Dialogue skill workshops.
Now in her “third-act,” Cheryl brings this fresh approach to individuals and teams, helping to break the status quo in their approach and reframe limiting expectations. She is an accredited facilitator for Belbin Team Role Profiles, TTI Success Insights DISC, VitalSmarts Crucial Conversations, and Influencer. Cheryl is currently a Certified Expert and Coach for Sherpa Institute: Continual Improvement for Social Responsibility (CISR) program which focuses on the tenets of the ISO 26000 guidelines, a former Adjunct Professor in Lean Leadership at St. John Fisher College, and facilitator of Developing the Conscious Leader and Conscious Culture and Evolving Conscious Teams at MCC Corporate College.

Cheryl holds a B.A. from Michigan State University and an Executive MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She hails from Webster, NY with her partner Dave. During the winter, you fill find her reading or snowshoeing the Webster trails; in summer, you will find Cheryl kayaking or water-skiing with Dave on Sodus Bay with their Golden Retriever, Finn.
