I have a knack for bringing together cross-functional teams, bringing out the best in individuals, and striving for continuous improvement in ourselves and organizations to enhance our customers' experience. Frequently recognized for connecting diverse groups and individuals; bringing them together to enable enhanced performance and productivity to achieve results. Continuously thinking about the future of work life and how to evolve our organizations to create an engaging, soulful workplace that enables engaged, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to do great work for our customers.

Leadership Development

Transformational Leadership is the approach, moving from Leadership Self-Awareness to Self-Management and then onto Self-Mastery.  Understanding what motivates and drives us illuminates insight into our own behaviors, stressors, conflict, comfort and anxiety zones.  Only then, when we understand our own leadership style, consciously showing up with purpose, can we begin to lead others.

Consulting & Coaching

As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Cheryl understands Demings' philosophy that if you put good people in a bad process, the process will win every time.  Working through a culture transformation, coaching Lean Six Sigma projects or supporting  new leaders through challenging assignments, the desired outcome is to teach others to build their leadership skills through a purposeful mindset, goal - oriented actions and self-reflection.
